Simone Patience joins the Vivo Music Team

As of April 1 2022, Simone Patience joined the Vivo Music team as our new Operations and Admin Manager. With a wonderful crossover background in the corporate world and school-based music administration, Simone is the perfect candidate to manage the Vivo Music operation as we expand.  Already the first few months of 2022 have been our best yet, largely because we’ve focused on increasing stock levels and reducing delivery times, and we’ve managed to achieve these results without any real focus on marketing. It’s been rewarding hearing our customers report how happy they are to receive their books quickly, allowing them to get on with the important business of learning music.

Simone will be responsible for all aspects of our internal operation; customer and supplier orders and delivery, as well as managing our retail space coming soon. As the business expands, Simone’s calm, organized efficiency will be essential in keeping our services levels where we want them, but with an increased number of customers and products being delivered. She is without a doubt the right person for the job as anyone who has worked with her will confirm.

Most recently, Simone was the Music Department Administrator at St Cyprians School in Cape Town and has worked with the Vivo Music team as a customer for several years. Over that time, we learnt to respect her organized, friendly manner; exactly how we hope to treat our customers. Her knowledge of the products and the particulars of our school customers’ requirements brings so much to the business. Simone joining the team feels like a natural fit, and I know the customers that have dealt with her so far would agree. When next you engage with the business, Simone will be happy to help you.
